After studying in Chicago and Los Angeles, Stefanie began her career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen. Shortly after the crisis surrounding energy giant Enron, Stefanie published her first book on values and leadership.

Today, Stefanie is a multiple author and has just published her fifth book entitled "Future Proof" - How to Secure Your Company's Place in Tomorrow's World.

She is the Managing Director of The Agency Berlin GmbH, based in Berlin and New York, and advises companies on how to prepare for the future. She also invests in and advises selected start-ups as a consultant and advisory board member.

She spent 20 years in the United States and extensive time in China and now resides in Europe gaining knowledge and expertise of emerging trends in the social media space.

  • Seanne Winslow

    Writer & Storyteller

    Seanne Winslow is a writer, director, producer. After writing and directing her award-winning feature directorial debut "The Falconer" with Adam Sjoberg, Seanne joined forces with Eric Darnell ("Madagascar") to develop "Witchverse," an animated TV show for Disney, which explores and upends common misconceptions about global witch mythology from different cultures.

    She went on to become the Executive Producer of "The Lego Movie" directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, starring Will Ferrell, Chris Pratt, and Elizabeth Banks. Seanne also produced Kanye West's "Life of Pablo/Yeezy Season 3" show in Madison Square Garden and "Monster," a five-part documentary series, for Spotify about rapper 21 Savage. Seanne studied writing and directing at USC Film School.

    Luana Calvert has helped shape and build some of the world’s leading brands including Virgin and Google.

    She spent six years at Virgin. As CMO at Virgin America, she led a high-performing team and helped build the #1 U.S. airline. She was also Google’s first Creative Director leading the brand globally and developing first-of-their-kind campaigns.

    She also founded a start-up, Mixed Marketing, with clients including Calvin Klein, Netflix, eBay and Yahoo!. Prior, she was Director of Marketing at Yahoo! where she formed the first-ever buzz marketing team delivering innovative marketing campaigns focusing on earned media.

    She currently serves on the Board of Directors for social singing app Smule and as an Advisor to several start-ups.

  • Farhad Khalil-Gossow

    Digital Growth & Investment Strategy

    Farhad Khalil-Gossow is a Digital & Media Executive with a strong background in developing and executing digital growth strategies.

    He started his career at the corporate development and strategy department of Deutsche Bank. There he worked closely with senior management and board members on strategic projects in nearly all business divisions and infrastructure functions.

    Based on that foundation Farhad decided to fully focus on digital leadership roles. As portfolio COO of a venture capital firm he helped to turn around several eCommerce startups. As CEO and Chief Digital Officer of Tagesspiegel he led the digital transformation of Tagesspiegel to become one of the top 10 quality media brands in Germany.

    Ulla Kock am Brink hosted various game shows and other television programs, including Verzeih mir (RTL, 1992-1993), Glücksritter (RTL, 1996-1997), Die 100.000 Mark Show (RTL, 1993-1998), the Lotto Show (Das Erste, 1998-2001), the gala Ein Herz für Kinder (Das Erste) and the German Television Award ceremony.

  • Katja Suding

    Katja Suding is a Senior Advisor for the Berlin Office of Rud Pedersen Public Affairs.

    Before joining Rud Pedersen, she was a member of the German Bundestag from 2017 to 2021 and the Deputy Federal Chairwoman of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) from 2015 to 2021. Prior, she served as chairwoman of her party's parliamentary group in the Hamburgische Bürgerschaft from 2011 until 2017. With her strong political background, Katja will be supporting the Berlin team with her outstanding expertise in federal and state policy across various sectors.

    In more than 7 years as a business and innovation consultant working for DAX companies and SMEs (e.g. Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Bahn, Mars, Merck Pharma, Würth and others) he focused his attention on helping businesses to grow from where they are today to where they can be in the future. He was also involved in the setup and activation of several innovation incubators and programs such as Audi Business Innovation, Volkswagen Garage, Deutsche Bahn Labs, and Telekom Innovation Lab.

    When he joined BMW Group in 2016 developed a new business strategy to build beyond car offerings with a focus on MINI.

  • Esther Bahne

    Esther Bahne is a successful brand and venture builder. She has filled the role of Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Co-CEO.

    Tasked at BMW with disrupting the company from within, before it got disrupted from the outside, she led the group's strategy on autonomous driving. She relaunched the MINI brand, and elevated it into the list of the 100 most valuable global brands.

    She also founded the start-up accelerator URBAN-X, where she served on the investment committee.

  • Becky Heino (PhD)

    Dr. Rebecca Heino is a Professor of Clinical Management and Organization. She teaches courses in cross-cultural intelligence and diversity, leadership and organizational behavior (including mindfulness, EQ, resilience, and teaming), and critical conversations for undergraduates, graduate students, and executives.

    Currently she leads the Marshall Leadership Fellows Program for MBA students. Previously, she was on faculty at Georgetown and Columbia Universities.

    Michelle Johnson joined Air Berlin shortly after its initial public offering in 2006, beginning her extremely successful in-house career within the low-cost airline sector.

    Since joining flydubai in 2018, Johnson has led the company’s in-house legal team through a number of innovative commercial and financial transactions both domestically and internationally in recent years.

    She has proven management ability in developing, negotiating and implementing complex transactions.

  • Stefan Krause

    CIO, CFO & SPAC Expertise with a focus on mobility

    Stefan is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with expertise in finance, automotive, and electric vehicles. He founded B–ON, a global electric vehicle manufacturer and service provider. Stefan has held key positions at EV startups like Canoo, Fisker, and Faraday Future, and at BMW as global CFO.

    He also served as Deutsche Bank's CFO and Levere's CIO. Stefan has been on boards of companies like Allianz AG and Rocket Internet, and has lived in multiple countries, embracing diverse cultures and languages.
